Healthy You- Weight Management Classes:

Healthy You is a 11 week class designed to promote participants’ behavior change toward a healthier lifestyle. It is not a diet program, but a program that is sustainable and provides you the tools for healthy living!

CLASS DATES:  May 14 – July 30            5:15p.m. – 6:15 p.m.
                     August 16 – October 25  12:00p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

SPACE IS LIMITED. PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED!

SAFETY BINGO!  CHALLENGE DATES: APRIL 2 – MAY 25
Grab a Safety Bingo card and see how many “Bingos” you can get!  Submit your bingo card by NOON (12:00 P.M.) on Friday, May 25 and you will be entered into a drawing. 

Prize Structure:  Earn 1-4 bingos = entered in drawing for one of four $50 gift cards*, 5-8 bingos = entered in drawing for one of four $75 gift cards*, 9-11 bingos = entered in drawing for one of four $100 gift cards* and if you earn a blackout entered in drawing for $150 gift card* & a shredder!

A bingo is 5 touching horizontal, vertical, or diagonal spaces with an "x" over it.

Prize Eligibility:  Submit your bingo card to WELLNESS PROGRAM IN human resources by NOON - 12 p.m. friday, may 25. wellness points (15) will be awarded to those individuals that miss the prize eligibility deadline.
